Effective Source (ES) obtains only specific and individualized data on its website visitors when such information is supplied voluntarily. However, ES may, from time, gather generic information solely to determine the success and usefulness of its website. This generic information, which does not reveal the identity of the visitor, may include: what web site the visitor visited, how much time people spend on various pages of the site, visitors' domain name types (.com, .org, etc.), and the originating web page of the visitor. ES uses this information to determine customer service needs. In the future, ES may increase its technical abilities for gathering data about visitors in order to enhance the services offered to visitors and customers. ES intends to meet the needs of the client by strictly following the instructions provided by the client. If there is any error in the work because of a miscommunication, ES will accommodate the client's needs by redoing the work. However, under no circumstances, ES will be responsible for any direct, implied or consequential damage that may be caused by such problems.

This privacy policy will be periodically updated to reflect any such changes to ES's practices. ES will not sell or reveal information obtained about its visitors to anyone outside unless authorized by the visitor. ES does not send "junk" e-mail, also known as "spam". In certain instances, when ES wishes to contact customers via e-mail, respond to messages, confirm purchases, or transmit information requested by a visitor, ES will use e-mail. Any time a customer or visitor receives an e-mail which it does not want from ES, the customer can request that ES does not send such e-mail.

ES has security measures in place for protecting data conveyed during a visitor's purchase with ES. The employees and subcontractors of ES are required to protect the privacy of such data. ES wants its visitors and customers to feel that their privacy would be protected when visitors access their account or purchase services from ES. Because ES desires accuracy in the information it obtains and uses about its visitors and customers, ES will attempt to verify its data and will ask its customers to notify it of any inaccuracies or mistakes of which they may become aware through their online account data and bills.
